Refund Policy

Overview

Our refund and returns policy lasts 24 hours. If 24 hours have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

We accept returns only for damaged items and only when the items do not match the description. Please think carefully before placing the order. We do not entertain return or refunds request for reasons such as “Did not serve my purpose”, “Did not Like”, etc. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. You need to send us the product images before initiating a return. We accept returns only for damaged items and only when the items do not match the description.  

Also, please note that once the refund request has been placed it takes  3-5 business days for the refund to be made and the payment to get credited to the original payment method. 

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Shipping returns

Shipping returns are only applicable when you receive dead plants / plants that are received not as per ordered or not matching the description.
