Rubber plants are characterized by their thick, glossy leaves and have a leathery texture. They can grow up to 30 meters tall in the wild, but when grown as a houseplant, they usually reach a height of about 2-3 meters.

Rubber plants are easy to care for and can tolerate a range of growing conditions. They prefer bright, indirect light and well-draining soil. They also require regular watering but can be sensitive to overwatering, so it’s important to let the soil dry out slightly between waterings.

CARE

Care for Indoor plants  is minimal. The plant is easy to maintain and requires little water. Bright, indirect sunlight and well-draining potting soil are crucial for its proper growth. Generally, your routine should go once every week for watering. A mixture of top soil and sand  both 60 percent then balance 40 percent you can use treated coco peat, perlite, vermicompost or dry cow dung. Well drained potting mix can function as an ideal for all your indoor plants . Use chemical fertilizers, NPK 19:19:19 5gm well-diluted in 1litre water and spray stem and roots once in a month. Do not expose any variety to direct sunlight, can grow well in shade. Common issues are fungal infection spray leaves or dip root for 1hr in any chemical fungicides.
